We went in on Saturday to pick up some vacuum bags and ended up talking to Paul about some issues with our built in. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with some ideas/options to consider. Very customer friendly and I appreciated the time he gave us.

I hadn’t been to Karen and Paul’s new location since their move at the beginning of the pandemic. Wow! Fresh new look, great setup, lots of products to browse through and of course Karen and Paul’s usual friendly and professional service. Worth a visit for anything vacuum or home automation. Plus the location is super convenient with lots of restaurants and other shopping nearby. The kids loved running around.

An outstanding experience! I love supporting a local family business like this! It was amazing to see how much they care to make sure you get the right best quality product. I initially wanted a more expensive vacuum, but after talking to me and asking me many questions, they suggested something more suitable for my house. They could of charge me way more BUT this is how you know that they truly care to make sure I would be 100% satisfied. As I said, unbelievable experience and the best past I love my new the most powerful vacuum that I've ever owned. Not to mention 25 years warranty!

Vacuum Works has been our go to for anything vacuum related for over 15 years and the service and helpfulness they provide is amazing. Paul and Karen are super friendly and go the extra mile to help. Would certainly recommend. New location is really nice as well. Keep up the good work!
